WILL MY INSURANCE COVER THERAPY SESSIONS?
Lindsey is considered to be a "private pay therapist," which means clients are responsible for payment at the time of service. She does not accept insurance directly, however, she would be happy to write a receipt for services that you, as the client, can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement or to count toward a deductible. Contact your insurance provider regarding specific reimbursement for an "out-of-network licensed therapist."
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
A fifty minute session fee is $160. Payment may be made in the form of cash or personal check at the time of service.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need to cancel an appointment please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. If 24 hours notice is not given, the client is responsible for full payment for the missed session. Exceptions are taken into account in the event of an emergency.
WHAT DO THE LETTERS AFTER YOUR NAME MEAN?
MA indicates Lindsey has a Master's of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and Counseling. LCMFT stands for Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, meaning she has completed the state of Kansas's requirements in education and supervised experience to practice marriage and family therapy in the state of Kansas.
